Important information

Investments can go down as well as up in value, so you could get back less than you put in. The information on the page does not constitute personal advice.

sellmysharecertificates.com is an execution only service where customers make their own investment decisions.

How does sellmysharecertificates.com work?

1 Download Pack

The pack contains a Share Sale Form, our Terms and Conditions and a Crest Transfer Form.

2 Complete Forms

Complete and sign both the Share Sale Form and a Crest Transfer Form (one for each stock), and post these to us together with your valid share certificate(s).

Please note, we cannot do partial sales of share certificates. If you wish to sell only part of your holding, please look at our dialndeal.co.uk website.

3 Receive Funds

On receipt of your documents we will sell your holdings. *

On the Settlement Date, we will send the sale proceeds by BACS directly to your bank account. Please allow two to three working days for the funds to arrive in the bank details provided.

* We always attempt to complete ID checks electronically, however sometimes this isn’t possible and you’ll need to provide valid original or certified documents. Once we have completed our ID checks on receipt of the documents, your holdings will be sold.

Key Benefits

sellmysharecertificates.com is designed to make the selling of share certificates as simple and cost effective as possible.

No Set Up Fees

There are no account opening or ongoing fees. You simply pay a fixed commission for each company share holding we sell you.

Simple to Use

Follow the 3 steps as detailed in the pack and leave the rest to us.

Competitive Fixed Commission Rate

Unlike many other brokers, we charge a fixed commission rate of just £25.00. Look at the table below to see how we compare.

Telephone and Online Support

Our customer service team are here from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) should you ever need assistance.

Secure Payment

All sale proceeds are paid directly to your bank account by BACS - not only is this quicker but is also more secure than sending a cheque by post.
